In the second quarter of 2025, the Shoot'em Up genre on Android in Latin America saw notable performances from several top games, as per data from Sensor Tower.

Metal Slug: Awakening by HaoPlay Limited showed a dynamic trend in both downloads and revenue. Weekly revenue fluctuated, peaking at around $21.3K in early June, while downloads surged to 21.4K in mid-June. Active users also increased significantly, reaching over 58K in early June.

Survivor.io from Habby maintained a stable revenue stream throughout the quarter, with a high of $12.4K in mid-April. Downloads spiked in late May to 13.2K, while the active user count remained robust, hovering around 115K for most of the quarter.

Azur Lane, published by Yostar Limited, experienced a varied revenue pattern, with a peak of $18.6K in late May. Active users showed a gradual decline, settling at just over 3K by the end of June.
